Typically, extended inner ring ball bearings or wide inner ring bearings are specifically designed to replace applications requiring additional locating flanges. AUB has full size extended inner ring ball bearings available. AUB's extended inner ring ball bearings are available in open type, with dust cover or with rubber seals, grades from ABEC-1 to ABEC-7 are available upon request. It can be widely used in medical equipment, cryogenic engineering, optical instruments, high-speed machine tools, high-speed motors, printing machinery, food processing machinery and other fields.

Stainless steel miniature bearings with extended inner rings have stainless steel cages and suitable high temperature lubricants and can be used at constant temperatures up to 250°C or intermittently up to 300°C.
• Above these temperatures, the load-carrying capacity of stainless steel is reduced, so we recommend the use of all-ceramic bearings above 300°C. These bearings are suitable for mildly corrosive environments as the steel is corrosion resistant but will be affected by sea water and strong acids or bases.

Sealing and protection of miniature bearings
